My name is Max Conserva. I am an athletic coach, instructor, creator of Adaptive Athletic and The Good Leg Project. This site to captures my work and thoughts.
My primary goal in life is to help individuals find a effective daily physical practice, to enable them to achieve a functional, healthy and fulfilling life. To do this I coach, teach, speak and write. If you are an individual interested in training, a professional interested in instruction, or an organization interested in me speaking, reach out to me.
I have a special interest in working with individuals that have chronic physical problems. Many of my training clients have physical disabilities or other chronic physical problems. To serve my community more broadly, I started Adaptive Athletic in the San Francisco Bay Area.
My interest in this community was born of my own childhood accident and life long physical impairment. My injuries gave birth to the Good Leg Project, my journey to fix my physical disability, and laid the foundation for my current work with others.
